NEW READING SERIES BRAVES COWARD’S CLEVEREST PLAY
The Noël Coward Festival at Lincoln Center opens a new reading series with Design for Living, dubbed “Coward’s cleverest play” by The New York Times. The series, known as Noël and Company, aims to celebrate Coward’s oeuvre along with the best of UK theatre since 1900. Incarnating this carnal trio are Amy Rutberg (Charles Busch’s The Divine Sister), Kevin Collins (Irish Rep’s Dancing at Lughnasa), and Keith Merrill (Camelot with Robert Goulet). The reading will take place at 6PM on Monday, 3/5 in the “Living Room” of The Gershwin Hotel. Arrive at 5:30PM for a pre-show Coward concert by Steve Ross in the main lounge.
